How to Book

Please contact us through the contact form to arrange a tentative reservation. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours after sending your message, it is possible that your email did not reach us. In that case, we kindly ask you to resend your message to contact@hsp-innerpeace.com. Your reservation will be finalized once we confirm your bank transfer. After the payment is confirmed, we will send you the Zoom link for your session. As a general rule, if payment is not made within two days of making the tentative reservation, we may prioritize another client’s reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

Online session (Zoom)

For Japanese residents :  1 session(60 minutes) ¥12,000

Initial Trial Session (50 minutes) ¥10,000

For non-Japanese residents : 1 session(60 minutes) USD 110

Initial Trial Session (50 minutes) USD 100

IMPORTANT NOTES

Consent from your doctors is needed if you are receiving treatment from a psychiatrist or mental health clinic. If you tend to harm yourself or others physically, please get in touch with a psychiatrist first.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 48 hours of the session date are non-refundable. Please get in touch with me in case of an emergency. It will be considered a cancellation after 15 minutes of the booked slot without your hearing.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared in counseling will not be disclosed outside the session without your permission. (However, you are free to talk about the session outside.) Legal penalties may apply if licensed psychologists do not adhere to confidentiality obligations (except in cases where the client endangers themselves or others).
