About Yukie

Born in Suginami, Tokyo, and raised in Tokorozawa, Saitama. I currently live in Tokyo with occasional stays in Bali and the UK. Due to my father's profession, I was raised among many musicians and artists. After graduating from high school, I started working in a regular company but always felt something was missing, which led me to leave the company in the fourth year of work to study English at school. I then moved to the US and studied psychology at a university. After graduation, I traveled across Costa Rica and Mexico before returning to Japan. I started working at an American IT company in Tokyo, married a British person, had a child, and experienced separation. My son and I moved to Bali, Indonesia, for three years after the big earthquake in Fukushima. Upon returning to Tokyo, I began counseling while attending a graduate school to study clinical psychology. While in grad school, I learned about HSP, which gave me a deeper understanding of myself. After having insights and healing from various books, counselors, and healers, I started HSP Coaching & Counseling Inner Peace.
