INNER PEACE

The relationship between HSPs and non-HSPs, and orchids and dandelions.

HSPs are highly sensitive and react strongly to environmental changes and other people’s emotions. On the other hand, non-HSPs are less affected by environmental changes and other people’s emotions.

To understand these differences, Alane Freund, an LMFT and HSP expert, explains that HSP is an orchard and non-HSP is a dandelion.

Orchids are delicate and sensitive to environmental changes, requiring special blooming care. However, when they bloom, they are beautiful and provide a sense of healing with their presence.

Dandelions are known for their robustness and adaptability. They grow everywhere, flexibly adapting to environmental changes, and continue to grow and bloom even in challenging conditions.

Both orchids and dandelions have their own unique characteristics. HSPs require special care due to their sensitivity. On the other hand, non-HSPs adapt to various environments with their resilience and strength. Both are beautiful and valuable.

Understanding and respecting each other’s characteristics and personalities and helping each other are the keys to building a rich society.
